-The Graphics on this site have been 100% drawn by me (unless otherwise noted). 
-These graphics may not be taken off this site nor can you hotlink to them.
-I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
-No refunds.
-I reserve the right to change my terms in the future as required by the addition of new things to my site.
-I will notify of any changes by means of an update post on the main page.

Graphic Terms – Sig Tags

-You may use the sig tag in an email or on your web site.
-Link Back Required ( http://www.dancin.ca )
-Please don’t share with anyone.
-Please don’t Claim the sig tag as your own.
-Please don’t open the sig tags in any graphics program for tracing.. or copying colours etc. 

Outline Terms

-You may sell graphics created with these tubes… provided they are made into a Sig Tag.. webset..etc. In other Words they must be put into some kind of setting. -They cannot be sold as is. 
-You MAY NOT share these tube packs with anyone else.
-You MAY NOT  make outlines from these tubes, or use them in tutorials.
-You MAY NOT  put into a cd for sales or offer in a membership area unless made into a sig tag
-You MAY NOT  alter these tubes in any way (other than minor adjustments for animation purposes)
-Tube Packs come with a tube certificate that must be displayed on same page you are selling anything made from these tubes.
-A clickable link back to http://www.dancin.ca is also required. 

NOTE: Outline Packs and Tube Packs may not be sold or offered *AS IS* on your websites.     NO AS IS !!
